Entering 2021 with Art, Laughter, and Heartwarming Stories
Notes from Dr. Tal January 3, 2021
You made it to 2021! After a year that felt like ten, it is finally a new year, and though things are still challenging, this one can only get better. So I wanted to share some of the things that inspired me lately. I hope these stories, artwork, and little clips will inspire you to continue being the resilient person you can be in 2021. There are more hurdles ahead, but there will always be these positive gems to keep us going!
For anyone who has kids or is still a kid at heart!
A Twitter thread that tells the story of a girl’s magic garden fairy tale and the unlikely friendship she made.
For my fellow art and tea lovers.
An art piece that beautifies something that I drink every morning! (And that I encourage my clients to drink instead of coffee if they are trying to reduce anxiety.)
For when you need a laugh.
There is nothing like the sound of kids laughing, and we can all use some of that infectious laughter these days!
For dog lovers with a sense of adventure!
Warning: this will make you cry happy tears and if you haven't thought of adopting a dog yet, you might change your mind.
For those who want to hear some good news.
A compilation of short calls from people all over the world sharing good news that happened in the year 2020.
Keep finding your ways to develop your Happiness Habits!
Sincerely,
Dr. Tal Leead, Psy.D.
